  • Will my belongings be protected during the move?

We use high-quality moving blankets to cover and protect furniture, as well as plastic shrink wrap to protect items from dust and dirt. Additionally, we use rubber bands to secure the blankets and wrap in place. Our team is trained to handle your items with care and respect to minimize any potential damage during the move.
  • What happens to my deposit if I cancel?
    At Pagosa Moving and Labor, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your moving date and guarantee our services for you. If you cancel your reservation, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned to you. This policy is in place to ensure that we can allocate the necessary resources and manpower to accommodate your move and honor our commitment to you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to work with you to reschedule your move, subject to availability. We strive to provide flexible options and exceptional customer service, and we are here to assist you every step of the way.   • Will my move be flat rate or by the hour?
    For local moves, Pagosa Moving and Labor bills on an hourly basis with a 2-hour minimum. This means that you only pay for the actual time spent on your move, making it a cost-effective option for shorter distances. For moves further than 3 hours away, we offer a flat-rate pricing structure that will be determined based on the specific location and the size of the move. This ensures that you have a clear understanding of the cost upfront, without any surprises. Our goal is to provide transparent and fair pricing for all of our customers, regardless of the distance or size of the move.
  • What forms of payment does Pagosa Moving accept?
    Pagosa Moving accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept cash and checks as forms of payment. If you have any questions about payment options, please don't hesitate to contact us.
  • What are the costs associated with Pagosa Moving's packing services?
    We offer packing services to make your relocation as smooth as possible. Our packing services are billed at an hourly rate, which is separate from the overall moving cost.
